The terms and conditions outlined herein apply to the rental of tennis courts at the Neo Tennis Arena. By renting a court, the individual, group, or entity (referred to as "the Renter") agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth below.

• Booking and Payment

  • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Payment for court rentals should be made in advance.

• Usage of Courts

  • The Renter shall utilize the tennis court strictly for playing tennis. Any other activity is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Neo Tennis Arena in writing.

  • The Renter shall limit the use of the court to the designated time slot. 

• No Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the court area. This includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Violators may be asked to leave immediately and could incur a fine.

• No Coaching Policy

  • Coaching by external coaches/ clubs/ academies is strictly prohibited on the rented courts unless prior authorization has been obtained from Neo Tennis Arena management.

  • Coaching is indicated by the number of balls used on a single court (maximum of 6 balls).

  • Renters found violating this clause may face immediate termination of their rental period without a refund.

• No Alcohol Policy

  • The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in and around the tennis courts. Renters found consuming alcohol will be asked to leave immediately and could face penalties.

• Safety and Conduct

  • The Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the tennis court or its facilities during their rental period, barring normal wear and tear.

  • The Renter is expected to behave in a respectful manner and not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to others.

• Cancellations, Refunds, and Reselling

  • Once a purchase is made, there will be no refunds provided by Neo Tennis Arena.

  • Renters are allowed to resell their slots to another party at the same or lower price than the original rental fee.

  • Selling the slot at a price higher than the original fee is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a Renter has sold their slot at a higher price, their account with Neo Tennis Arena will be banned until further notice.

• Designated Court Availability

  • Neo Tennis Arena reserves the right to change the designated court assigned to a Renter based on availability. Renters will be informed of any changes prior to their scheduled time.

• Limitation of Liability

• Neo Tennis Arena shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Renter or any accompanying persons during their time on the premises. Renters use the facilities at their own risk.

• Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Neo Tennis Arena reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is the Renter's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically.

By renting a tennis court at Neo Tennis Arena, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund and possible further action.
